Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Psychology Of Presence. Because all of our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
This policy is in place because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — once accessed or downloaded, the content cannot be undone.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can arise. We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resend it.
To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us via our contact form or by email. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and we will respond within 1–2 business days.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

If you are located in the European Union, please note that by completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you acknowledge that you have waived your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), as the digital content has been made available to you immediately upon purchase.
